when I start her in the morning???

I 1st thought that it was my FP, too high. But when it happened again today, I popped my hood and my FP gauge was idling aound 50 (which is normal). Also, my boost gauge would read 11-12 in vac. during this time. The engine would start to make like a 'oh shit I'm drowing of so much fuel' kind of noise. The exhaust note would start to sputter, while it spews out the black smoke. After its been idling for a while; the engine would then rev kindda high for a few seconds, like around 1300 RPM, then goes back to normal idle around 800. At this point, the black smoke goes out, my exhaust note goes to normal, and my boost gauge goes back to 15-18 vac.......hell, everything goes back to normal.

The only real benefit I can see on this, is that the car doesn't take that long to warm up.

I saw your mod list but do you happen to have an Apexi AFC?? If so, the idle rpms might be set a bit too high and it's getting a bit more gas than shown by fuel pressure gauge. Just a thought. Other than that, have you ever gone through any kind of back fires. Maybe your plugs are gapped a bit much and its taking the car a little bit to get the spark to hit properly.

Yea, I know black smoke = rich. I just didn't know why I am, eventhough my idle FP is around 50. As far as idle RPM's go, it idles around 8-900 RPM during startup (the time when my problem happens), then shoots pass 1K, then goes back to normal (no more smoke). With backfires, I get that like mad if I rev it super high at neutral.
The plugs are the colder range NGK's with stock gap.

Check the gaps. They can ware further or closer together with time and unproper tuning.
