I dont think anyone has cams yet from crane, seems like no one has installed them etc.. I havent heard a word on any cams on here
It would be nice if someone would fess up and show some dyno's etc..
Im getting the top end rebuild kit early next spring and will get the drag cams or a radical street grind

power gains depends on which model u buy crane is always a good brand, so is crower both make good cams jsut depends on your preference and setup for the grinds...

You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.

If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good.
If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast.

unless your making serious power in your 420a cams are not to big of a deal. armond and all i could see using this, but us small pups with 300hp or less not really. plus i heard from a friend and readings that stock cams are one of the best for turbo cars.

What?? I have to disagree just look at that Billy mack guy getting a 14.6 quarter with cams and port work and only like 160 some HP

cams can add like 15 hp or more to a NA car depending on the grind, thats a big deal if you ask me.

Yeah maybe for you turbo guys cams arent a big deal, but if I dont have a metal hairdryer under my hood Im sure gonna be looking into cams as a way to extract power from this engine

I hav ethe turbo grind. I put them in with the turbo, built head, 3 inch exhaust, built engine, cam gears, stand alone fuel system, yadda yadda yadda. my car makes 400 wheel hp. big jump from the 117 it was making with intake and exhaust. sorry, I don't know how much the cams helped, but they have a higher lift and duration over the stock cams, so I know they did something good.

well im sorry, 'one' person is making a 14sec pass with cams and maybe a $1000 dollar port work. for sure his car does not idle 'nice'. see i drive my car on the street 'daily' in so cal. so cams are not to big for me or us in so cal i rather slap on a stage 1 turbo kit or custom turbo kit for how much he spend, and be faster. but if you wanna stay n/a ...hmmm.... have fun getting serious power out of it.. i know someone n/a before joe park in so cal he was in the 13s i believe but he said, " its not worth it" for how much i spent. oh yah he had nitrous
