I bought a autometer instument gauge bezel for my 99 eclipse and I must say it sucks.....it doesnt fit right, you can see the screws and they look like shit, and it just looks like a cheap cobb job. So my question is what are the best gauge bezels and setups for the most factory looking fit and finish. I have three gauges and beige interior. Thanks for the help.

Mine, I have my 3 gauges in the center vents. I have a routered piece of plastic and the guages sit in the piece that replaces the center vents and hazzard buttons. OZ_GS (Chad) has seen it. I don't have a dig camera now so I can't show you. It's very effective and clean looking IMO.

You could always spray the bezel a different color. You could even hide the screw heads by covering them in vinyl and then screwing them in place. This way the head would have a vinyl covering and look factory.

The autometer bezel should be a pretty good fit. It may be a defective piece, so try to return it and get another. There are several guys using that on here, and I cant recall any of them haveing complaints about it....I'd like to know though, cause I want one for 2 more gauges..

I have the instrument gauge bezel, and it fits to a tea, no problesm whatsoever. It's more flimsy than your stock bezel, but it does its job! I don't like it and probably will be selling mine soon.

I have the autometer bezel as well. It does it's job, I'll just put it that way. It's fitment isn't 100%, mine is a bit off, but maybe it was a defective unit......

I got no complaints about either. Not like there are a million options for us. As long as they work and fit and look half way decent, I'll live with it.
