I plan on running the stage 1 kit with the greddy FMIC and the voretceh FMU, AFX UDP and the other parts that come with the stage. Now i want to be able to run 8psi daily and sometimes 10 psi, like at the track. Will it be safe for me to do that on stock internals? Also about the clutch, where can i get a cheap clutch kit, without spending $700 or am i just going to have to come up with the money for it. I have heard people running stage 2@10psi and still having their stock clutch, can the stock clutch handle stage 2 or not long? i checked nopi for a performance clutch but i am not sure yet on what to get b/c i won't need a stage 3 or 4 clutch until mid summer or end of fall. Any suggestions would help me alot.

Use the search option in Performance and Turbo section. You will find everything you need for clutches and turbo related issues. Do not forget to check archive go back for 1 year. This will give you lots of posts to weed through for all they answers you seek.
After doing this, come back and ask specific questions about things that are not covered.
I search all the time and it works very well. The admins created it for a reason.
Glad you are upgrading......enjoy the boost.

if your not pressed for time i will have a option under 400$ for a ceramic disk and upgraded nonmodular pressure plate setup for you guys shot me an email at brosam@attbi.com and i can throw u on the list for info
You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.
If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good. If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast. If you want it good and fast, it's not going to be cheap.

The clutch disks that he ^^^ is talking about are made by a business near my house. I know the guy that makes them and have seen his work, and let me tell you... they are bad ass. My brother has one of these disks in his 98 GSX right now and it is quite smooth for a ceramic clutch and it sure grips hard and quick when you need it to. The guy that makes these disks is one of only a few business that actually uses a plate load tester to test the actual amount of force that the clutch can hold before slipping. I was there when he tested one of his clutches vs a Centerforce Dual Friction and an ACT 2600 clutch. His clutch decimated both clutches. The facings he uses are cushioned ceramic facings to help reduce clutch chatter and yet obtain the amount of griping power that you get from ceramic facings (Clutchmasters Stage 4 also uses ceramic facings). Anyway, just thought I'd let you guys know that this option here is a SWEEEEET alternative to the $700+ dollars you would spend on an aftermarket clutch that is most likely inferior.

Yea, it is pretty funny till you buy one hahaha. Seriously though, after talking with Dan about the whole clutch market, I was floored at how bad a lot of companies are ripping people off. Not very cool imo.

wow this clutch interests me. But if you want a cheap oem clutch you can go for a Sachs clutch they go for 130 on ebay 150 with the shipping. Good deal Whole modular setup too.
SO is this just the clutch disc we're talking about, i was gonna go with a sachs cuz I'm low on money but if this is worth it maybe I can get it. I kinda just want a modular though so I can just take the old unit out and pop the new one in. Plus I wouldn't have to go through all the trouble of getting a new pressure plate and flywheel.
For 8 psi stock clutch can take it. I was just at the road race track and I was gettin on that thing pretty hard and it still grabs like a champ. I'm running 8psi also.

well if u want to keep spending money on a modular setup this wouldn't be for u theses are forigiving or very streetable ceramic facing disks with a stock or upgraded pressure plate were working on getting a better pressure plate for the people who need one but there are only 6 bolts to remove to pull the pressure plate off its actually elss work to replace th disk then the modular unit ,
the replacment disk will be like 130 or below i beleive not sure yet still working things out so dont take prices seriously yet justa ball park figure...
also this disk will hold justa bout any hp number u could throw at it since its ceramic faced and cushioned so u can take off smoothly at stop lights...
