Does anyone have studes holing their HRC manifold on. If so where did you order them from and what size will work???

Im not sure about the size, but I believe that an exhaust manifold bolts from a GST will work. Much better than the gay ass allen bolts that the HRC kit comes with.

You can probably get them at pepboys I think they are M10s, just look for exhuast manifold studs.

yah the 4g63 studs, nuts, washers will work.. i picked some up from rre but i wont put it on till i rebuild. dont wanna deal with that now.

Road Race Engineering sells the studs, nuts, and washers that are much better than the allen bolts provided with the HRC kit. These are the same ones that the 4g63 uses. When I installed the HRC kit, I only purchased four 8mm studs nuts and washers and reused four of the original screws. I used the 4g63 bolts for the four center holes (directly behind the mounting flange for the turbo) in the manifold and the originals on the outside holes. Each piece of hardware is a $1. (Washer $1, Bolt $1, Nut $1) I spent $16.00 total with shipping.

Below is a direct link to the section where the 4g63 bolts are listed. They have two sizes 8mm and 10mm. The only ones that fit our 420a is the 8mm.
