i have been running 8psi for about a week with no fuel porblems so far but this weekend when i hit around 8 psi the a/f gauge dropped into the red. i heard that the stock injectors were good until around 8-9 psi so i turned down the boost down to 7psi just to be safe but then it happend once again. all i have is a walbro fuel pump. im wondering what the problem could be. any suggestions are greatly appreciated. i know i am upgrading my injectors soon what else would be good upgrades for my fuel system. my goal is to run about 14-15psi after i rebuild my bottem end.

What else beside the red led reading on the A/F are you experiencing? I have the same problem. Bucking, fuel cut, etc. What fuel pressure are you running? I just changed my plugs the other day and that was an improvement. I already ordered the Missing link. But I too am caught between a SFMU or a s-AFC and bigger injectors. I assume just like me you are running stock injectors? Any suggestions, guys?

i had fuel cut one time but that wasnt when i was boosting i dont think i warmed up my car long enough when that happend cause its getting pretty cold here. im running stock injectors with a walbro fuel pump. it runs rich all the time except just for a sec. it jump from green to red when i hit around 8 - 9psi then i let off the gas and it went back to green.

Do you know what your fuel pressure is under WOT? Sounds like it's probably running a bit lean under full boost.

Well isn't the red rich? on my apexi 02 readings green is lean and red is rich. So by mine you want to be in the red, but it may be diff. for you. What is your EGT showing you? Also bucking and fuel cut don't scream injectors to me. It screams missing link. Your stock injectors should hold 8psi on a star kit.

Autometer= green(rich) red(lean). it sounds like it could be a possible sensor problem. or, i actually had that sorta thing happen to me a few months ago. it woudl lean out and fall on its face for a split second if i stomped the gas, then it would just rip you back into the seat a split second later, and my digital AF gauge was going lean. my problem was that the FMU vaccum was t'ed off the Intake Manifold with something else, switched it to pulling vaccum all by itself, and the problem quit. might wanna try that.
