#33333, "MSD Boost timing master with fuel adder?"

I was leafing through my MSD catalog last night and saw that msd has box that will control up to 4 additional injectors. They said that it has to be used with a dis2/dis4 ignition box, but my question is does/would this work the same as the EIC? I guess i could call MSD & ask, but i'm still at work for today....

Multi-Channel BTM w/Fuel Adder PN 6563*

Fuel Adder: When you’re increasing boost pressures you’re also upping the need for more fuel to properly mix with the additional air being forced into the engine. When pressures are really climbing, the factory fuel delivery map may not be able to keep up with the demand. MSD incorporated a Fuel Adder control into the Multi-Channel BTM, PN 6563, so you can compensate for the additional air. This system will drive up to four additional fuel injectors, either saturated or peak/hold design to increase the fuel by up to 50%!

sounds like a nice peice of machinery lets get more info how does it cotnrol this stuff does it mess with map voltage or what might be a better solution then a afc to get proper fuel...

You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.

If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good.
If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast.

How much is it? Do you need to program it or it has its own sensor?
