hey people, im wondering who here has an S-AFC, and what are your HI and LO throttle settings... i have mines leaning out at low RPM's and riched a bit at high rpms... but just out of curiosity, i want to know what other 420a owners are running theirs at and i might be able to find a better tunning for my car... i want to get it working as best as i can emoji
thanks for your time

Bro I could give you my settings but, I would suggest putting you ride on a Dyno to tune it. Every car is going to be tuned differantly depending on a varity of reasons. What works for me might be lean for you, or vise versa. I truley beleive that when it comes to tuning a turboed non turbo motor, that that guessing is too dangerous. My car blew 2 days after the turbo install, and I am 99% sure it was due to FPR not set right and my S-AFC too lean. I had my car tuned by o2 readings and not Dyno due to lack of funds. Now I have to spend more $$$$$ getting the motor rebuilt. The local shop here charges $85 hr for dyno and $50 for tuning the AFC. That is peanuts compared to what my motor is costing now. Good luck!

Tunning in the dyno is fairly easy if yo kow what you are doing...Proffessional tunners can tell if the car is lean or rich at different RPMs by looking at a dyno sheet curve...Is like a since sort of, is not guessing example: "lets lean out oh 2 extra hp...lets lean a lil more kaboom"...The way it work is the tunner will tell you oh your car is lean at the beginning cause of the way the power curve is breaking at X or Y RPM and they will change the setting SAFELY, MANY tuners don't know what they are doing and just go by HP/Torque figures and not by the actual curve...thats when gets risky...I suggest for you to take it to a experienced shop (American cars shops are normally more experienced when comes to tunning) and they will let you know price for the tunning...don' expect miracles...as I ve seen some cars that go to Dynos in almos a PERFECT tunning condition which means they can't make any power out of it in the dyno...this is very common in cars with Not too many mods...in the other hand...the more the mods the more you'll get out of it from tunning.

I personally have tried to help MWC with his car as the shop that did his work made a couple (not to say a bunch) of stupid mistakes that him and my self have been able to fix lil by lil...one sure thing is that tunning in any car could make the difference between running or not...and MWC can tell you this...the tunning his car had on the shop was SO BAD that the car wouldn't idle at all...besides the low compression his only prob was in tunning, after i left his house his car was idleing very good and running good even after having 60psi of compression in number 2.
