Well, got the engine out of the car last night, and will be putting in the new 10.5:1 compression block sometime tommorrow. Went with Wiseco Pistons and Eagle Rods. shooting for 12psi daily, and 15-17 psi at the track. we will see what happens... may not stay with the motor, but we wanted to see what we could do with it, and what times we could get outta it. ill be keeping my current block also(sorry guys!), just in case we grenade this one or decide to switch back.

Cool man. I'm just getting around to fortifying my first block right now . I was looking at the wiseco pistons before, too. I've used alot of them in different 4 wheelers and dirtbikes over the years. They make some good stuff.

u gonna run a thicker head gasket like the tti?
what ya going to tune it with im curious i wanted to this same setup but i knew it would be hard to tune for pump gas =)
keep us updated....
You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.
If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good. If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast. If you want it good and fast, it's not going to be cheap.

since your doing the route i considered doing, i might suggest you get a msd dis-2 programmable with the boost retard to help with the tuning with the higer compression..
