Well here are some more pics. I used 2" aluminized exaust piping, and then used cut up sections of fitting radiator hose with worm gear clamps to hold it all together. I then took out my plastic fog housings in the bumper, and cut out any plastic that was behind that opening. I then used some roofing flashing to construct some air defletors to go on each side of the IC, and on the top of the IC, to help all the air coming into both the front openings, to go directly into the IC. Before i had done this, the IC was getting heat soaked pretty bad because of how it was mounted, it just wanst getting sufficient air flow out of the far opening by itself. This is currently working excellent at 10 psi. Any questions, just ask. And no, the piping is not a true mandrel bend. Its press bent, but still flows really well. Doesnt look as pretty as the Hahn stage 2 piping, but works just the same, for MUCH less cost.
Here is a pic that i backlit with some light to see how the IC was mounted in there, and the metal flashing installed..

Thanks bud, I'll have to find a way to mount it in there. UPS tracking shows my intercooler is at my house now so I'll get it when I go home this weekend and take a look.
