Im looking for some sites selling FMIC's that are pretty large (fills stock hole or comes close). Looking to spend about $600 -- anyone got any links?

Also, any of you guys running the large FMIC's, what are the dimensions of yours and what had to be done as far as fitment? What piping did you use? Any pics?

Hook me up, thx.

28 x 10.5 x 3.5 (huge). That is IRC's race core. I love it emoji

I got it for $650 with their group buy last year though. I think it is a bit more now..

The star FMIC that I have fills the whole gap, don't know how much it goes for though.

Fills the gap with just the core or the end tanks? You know how big mine is 20 x 10 for just the core, with the end tanks I'm guess 25 x 10 (though it is a little taller because it has an outlet at the top.)

www.spoolinup.com

They sell a huge variety of intercoolers and have a special section for DSMs of HUGE FMICs that will just barely fit. They have some good ones in there for around $600-$800 i think if u are willing to spend a little more.

I had to cut about an inch away from the bottom of the bumper cover, and I had to do a huge hack-job on the bumper reinforcement. Unlike the 2g, the 1g bumper reinforcement is Steel.
