I am sorry if this is a dumb question but i need help trying to find a good stage 3 clutch. Is it possible to buy a clutch for a gs-t and install it on my 99 rs or are the transmissions different? Please give me some info on where to get a new clutch for the lowest price.

You really shouldnt pay any attention to what "Stage" the clutch is. It really doesn't mean crap. What you should get is a clutch that has a spring loaded disk with cerramic facings on it. It will grip well and last a long time. Also, it is best to get a clutch that has ceramic facings around the entire face instead of just on pucks. With cerramic material, you don't want a 4 puck. A 6 puck would be ok, but I would prefer a full disk personally. If you try to buy one of these online (ie a Clutchmasters Stage 4 or a SPEC Stage 3) you are gonna pay quite a bit and get another modular setup with a lot of them (SPEC is non-modular). What I would recommend is to find a fairly local shop that deals with clutches that can order you a stock pressure plate and a neon flywheel and a clutch disk. Specify exactly what type of disk that you want (as I mentioned above) and buy it that way. If you have a hard time finding a place that can do this, send me an e-mail and I will give you the number of a guy that I deal with that will do this for you. Going this route gets you the same quality or better than any aftermarket clutch out there, gives you a non-modular setup (which is nice since when you burn out a clutch its only 100 bux for a new disk instead of 700 for a new modular clutch), and It costs a lot less. I hope this helped.
