Whew! Finally after 8 months of construction and piecing together my custom turbo kit, I have finally finished it!!!! (Even though I got a blown HRC kit sitting in my garage waiting to be installed). I'll have pics of the car and the turbo soon. I do have a problem though, When I start the car, the fuel pressure is at about 48-50 but after driving 30 minutes or so, it drops to about 40-42? I checked my lines and i made sure the nut was on tight so what do you think is causing this?
First off, I want to give a BIG thanks to MWC, basically he was the one who drove in his beautiful NISSAN sentra (his turbo RS is getting a "wace moto" installed), 3 hours up to brevard county in sunny FL to do the install.........4 times, and this was after the fact that I destroyed his vielside front bumper the first time.
Secondly, THUNDER, what can I say, I'm sorry about everything that has happened to you and anytime you need anything, dont' hesistate to give me a holler, you're still one of the turbo gurus I look up to. Thanks for getting me off the ground with this thing!!
Third, TOMMYBOY!!! Thanks for getting me the hook up on the manifold, downpipe, and piping (although, I will be using the HRC manifold as soon as I get some $$$ to rebuild the S-16g) This is the guy who went and bothered the welder at RRE everyday for about 3 wks to get started on my manny! Dude, tell me what you want to do about the stock I/C, I hardly see you anymore online.
Fourth, Jason Esi-T, Ican't believe you actaully answered each and every single one of my e-mails. I mean, this guy (Jason) basically drew me out diagrams in words, and did the whole fuel install for me in a "How to install HRC install for DUMMIES" style, and I still didnt' get it!! (that's just me). The couplings are on the way, I'll give you the tracking number as soon as I get home man!
Fifth, HRC (Bill Hahn) Hahaha, I know he must be getting sick of me calling every afternoon ordering a little fitting or asking for instructions, but seriously, for ppl who are thinking about installing the kit themselves, I would recommend the HRC kit, the tech support was awesome and Bill was so damn friendly and willing to ship whatever I needed out. (give me a few wks to get the money together for the S-16g) Also, is there a way to replace the end tank of the inline fuel pump that cracked??? I just used my friend's Walbro for the system i have now.
All in all, I love my kit, even though i'm using the t-25 right now on a tubular manifold, it still gives a good kick. If I forgot anybody else on the board that has helped me, I"m sorry, but I'm getting a itching to go out and boost a little bit right now! Later all!
<whew> i'm done!

Don't have the stock Eclipse anymore Just a stock Gsr now,
