ok i have it almost installed i have the adapter i did that part and did the ebrake wire but it says conect the rpm signa wire to the ecu?is that the ecu under the hood if so witch brown wire is the rpm ?

For the AFC hookup, the Tach/RPM wire is the white wire (pin 73) on the lower ECU connector under the hood. The ECU is the square metal box with the cooling fins on it 1/2 way along the drivers side hood line (right behind fuse box).

I would imagine it's the same wire as the one you're looking for.
