I happen to have a lot of money coming into my hands within the next few weeks and maybe another lump sum in January so I started looking at NER turbo kits...what is the difference between the 2A-2E turbo setups...the 2E is $700 more, but the parts list is the EXACT same...please help me out here.

the difference is the larger compressor size, and the stage e & f kits come with a ball bearing turbo. with a larger compressor wheel & with ball bearings you will create boost sooner
