With stock fuel system and turbo I'd say 15-16psi max.

Just put in a K&N filter and turn the boost up till you hit fuel cut

As fare at I know the car will fuel cut around 17-18psi. We pushed a turbo Spyder to the limit of the little t25 turbo once. Boost spiked about 22psi, but we got mad fuel cut. Car ran mid 15's. Then I put a boost controler on it and set the boost to 15-16psi. Car ran 14's.
