i have a star stage1 and i was wondering if i could put a dump tube going from the pipe to the down pipe right up top.like not run it all the way down and go in thier?i was thinking like weld a pipe to the one that came with the kit and gostarit to the down pipe what do you think?

Take it to an exhaust shop if you want and have them weld it onto the dp.

You can do it that way. It's not the ideal way to do it, but it can be done.

whats worong with doing it that way is it bad or what i dont understand.what the diff. would be

the closer to the top of the downpipe u put it, the more obstruction of regualr exhaust flow occurs. what that means is less performance.
