funny thing happened this eve...
the car tried to die on me 3 times
finally pulled into a gas station and it did die...the oil light came on
checked the oil- it was fine...put more in just in case i was hallucinating
car started up, i got home and keydanced the night away
got codes: 12, 61, and 52
checked these codes, and could not find a translation of code 61
am more than well aware that i am running rich as hell
the question i have is- can i get an afc to lean out my idle
...i think this was asked very recently...
or must i go the SFMU route
again, am currently running 30 lbers with a 8:1 disc- so my base fuel press is right at 50
the whole business of running rich has been bothering the hell out of me for the past 2 weeks- me getting used to my car after rebuild
so the question- AFC OR SFMU ?
...both is a funny answer- i'm on a budget

another quick question-
have been hearing this hissing sound coming from the rear of the car
not the fuel pump. was wondering if there is a leak somewhere- sounds like something pressurized is escaping...checked hoses around FMU- all is well
car still boosts like a champ...any ideas fellas?
