I ran a 15.090 @ 95.33 with my 99 Eclipse GS w/ a HRC Stage II kit, HRC Fmic, Greddy Evo 3", and a Random tech high-flo cat. I had a horrible reaction time 1.120. This is my second time to the track ever. Is that any good? What have you guys got with a Stage II and no internals?

W/ your mph you should hit 14's no problem. Get some lower 60fts and practice. Also your reaction time doesn't change your ET. -Dave

That's a fair time.
Your MPH is especially solid at 95MPH. You R/T has nothing at all to do with your ET though. It could say 2 day and 1 second and you still would have run a 15.0.
By the looks of things, your launch appears to be your only shortcoming and I haven't even seen that. Try and get that closer to ~2.3 or so for a more respectable ET.

ahem...ahem...ok...i admit it...i was wrong. but i did say probably, not that i was 100% sure. but the other half was right, practice! lol, that'll help the 60ft.

Practice makes perfect! Not to bad for only your second time at the track. What was your 60' on that run?? You should be shooting for something around 2.2-2.3 like Jason said. If you were not in that range, thats a couple tenths that you lost right there. If you are running 8-9psi with the mods you have, I would guess you should somewhere between 14.0-14.5. I ran my friends GS-T and with a 2.2 60', I ran a 14.71@95mph on street tires, just to give you an idea of what that mph is good for.....

I am only running 5psi of boost. I do not have a boost controler yet and I have a fmic. From what you have all said....I think a 15.0 is not too bad considering I am running such low boost.

....for 5psi thats not bad at all. Get yourself a boost controller and turn it up to at least 8psi! Your missin' out on ~25hp!! You can pick up a cheap manual controller for like $40....

That's a pretty quarter mile time for being only your second time out at the track. With more practice, you will gradually improve that time. I'm not very good at it, yet, but improving your launch and decreasing your 60 ft, will also improve the E/T. I've only been to the track 4 times this year; I too need a lot more track time than that.

just make sure you have enough money set back for a rebuild, because if you run 8psi daily, you are asking for trouble. from my experience anyway. but if you want a boost controller, ill sell you mine
