Well I did a full rebuild, and on the second day of boostin (5 psi), it blew again..
Just did the compression check and here are the results
150 20 150 150
I did the oil trick, and they only came up about 5 on the three good ones and the bad one didn't even move at all.
I am also using a compression tester that may not be that accurate.(it is like 20 years old)I think I will buy a new one later this week.

I don't know why but I think I may have a clogged fuel injector, the one that went is the same one as last time. (I dont think the piston I bought was bad)

O yea my a/f never read under .96 In fact most of the time it was at .98 and up. That was at WOT through out the RPM range.

Shit I only had 1500 Miles on the engine when I started boosting, and I had not done a compression check, Im wondering if those were the #'s that I had when I started boosting?...the world may never know.
If It does not work this time I am probly going to give up on this turbo shit....

Perhaps it's a valve?

Have you tried to pour some oil in the cylinders to see if it goes up?

i say do a leakage test. that way youl now why compression numbers are so low for #2. could be that a valve in that cylinder doesnt close shut all the way (check intake manifold and at the muff to hear for escaping air), or headgasket blew(take off the radiator cap and look for bubbles cmin from the water), check it out then let us no what happened.

I don't think it is the head gasket. (no white smoke at all, and I don't loose any radiator fluid), plus it is the MLS one from mopar.

I had the head rebuilt at the same time as the rebuild too.
