Kool emoji
I picked up a Volvo intercooler over the weekend. This motha is hella huge.

Check it out on my web page-> http://www.geocities.com/babybeclipse/b_page.html

I was going to modify the endtanks and cut it a little shorter but the damn thing is too thin.

It's only 1.5" thick but it's 18" wide 17" tall!

Anyone else?

Stock Starion endtanks are crap. if you're going to use the core, have some new ends welded on for your piping.

Just wondering which way would be better.

having it like Hades were the charge runs above the intercooler and then flows through

-or-

have one end (near driver) split in two. and having both pipes enter on the drivers side. Then just boxing the other end.

Are they both pretty much the same?
