Man, I'm just getting into the same thing that other kid was going through. I just broke it to my dad that I want to put a Hahn Stage1 on my car and he didn't say no but was far from yes.I've pitched him all the advantages of a turbo car and I was honest and told him the other reasons (CUZ IT RULES). Looks like a long family talk tonite... And i'm 21 years of age and I have to put up with this. Well i guess it's fitting cuz it was his car initially. Should i get my dad shitfaced and make him sign something? I'm running out of ideas.

You're 21 and still having to put up with this? Is it your car or does your dad own it? If he owns it then that sucks. If it's your car, then why do you need your dad's permission? Your 21 years old damn it. You're an adult now.

Well your dad must like cars. If he bought a 2gnt then he probally likes fast cars. So the key here is getting him excited about it. tell him he can drive it a few times with the new power and get him reved up also.
I edited to the wiki!

save the money for it. I did that and the conversation went something like this "Mom I'm buying a turbo, I need your card, here's a check for you to deposit" "ok Phil whatever"
Then she drove my car and decided she wants a 2g. just what I need, ANOTHER project car in the house!
1995 RS new engine, I think I'm just going to leave it stock now.
