UPS just dropped off my turbo kit. I unpacked everything and I must say its a sweet looking set-up! I went ahead and got the sfmu (DAMN!!) the mofo is HUGE! Also I think I have the FMIC that STILLEN offers for the 4g63, looks cool. The standard HK$ bov looks like sub-standard material...luckily i have a BLITZ bov (need to modify the mounting flange to fit it)though. The Turbo looks awesome! The air filter looks like a RS Akimoto filter....all in all I am VERY pleased with my purchase and can't wait to start whoopin up on some H-cars and V8's Later!

What stage did you get? And how long did it take to get you?
I'm soon to get a turbo and hungry for info.

I got the Stage II with the E-trim option. After I ave Wyatt my order I think it was about a week before he sent me the trackin # due to the fact that he had to wait for more turbos to come in from turbonetics..after he sent me the # I'd say about 3-5 days.

I use to have a White 99 GS Sport with a Star Stage II Ball Bearing T3/T4 turbo...it was fun untill....well those who remember me know Oh Ya...this is what I have now... a 99' GSX...

If i dont get to the install this week...it will definately be next. Hope you guys are ready for a game of 20,000 question j/k I know you guys are always ready to help out. Has anyone thought about havin the turbo coated?

Your in Tampa right? I am getting the stage one very soon ...like a month or so. I am in orlando. Only an hour and a half away. I would love to see it when you are done with it. I have never seen a turbo on a 420a in person...that would be sweet!!!!!! Keep me posted!!

i emailed Jet-Hot and HPC about coating the manifold and the turbine. they got really good prices and guarentees on teh finish. jet hot even sent me a brochure packet with a video, so check them out. i think it was like $100 for the manifold in a chrome-like finish. they can also do colors.i wont do the turbine though because they say it has to be dismantled before i send it. im not taking on that task

dismantling it is actually really simple...just the six bolts that hold it to the center section and it comes right apart..just find a safe place to store your center section so you don't damage the fins though.

I dont know who you are but where is the mirage board located. Ever since my Galant got flooded I've been thinking about a 97up mirage 4dr. They have things for that I cant even get on my talon (Evo kits, Altezza, projectors that dont require I change the front end) and stock for stock the 1.8L version is a good match (I still just want one for looks though).
