I would really like to get a HRC manifold but since they wont sell it by itself I need a few other suggestions. I know the NER manifold is availible, but could someone tell me what it is made out of / how it is made and how thick the steel is. I know of one other manifold made by an ASOG.net member that fits the T-25 turbo. I cannot find any info about this so could someone please shine some light for me?

I am basically going to do a custom setup since I feel it wont be too difficult.

the manifold in my sig is the one from Alain. He and his partner can make one to fit the t25, but you would have to get the standard one they make modded to fit that turbo....I know I have it....you should really go for the 14b, it is a direct bolt with one of Alain's manifolds..
And if your thinking that it is a bit expensive, let me tell you now, your really getting quite a piece of work with it, in fact I think it is much better than the HRC one. I don't know about the NER one. If you want more info on Alain's manifolds post something with a title like "attention alain" or something. He will get right to you.

It's me an NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO that will do another T-25 manifold in my life
What I can do , at the worst case scenario, is to sell a manifold like rxreclipse if you are that desperate to put a T-25 on your car
Buy a better bigger and frendlier turbo if you are serious

Well I remember a manifold that was made for a T-25, but I would like to use a 14b because many of the local DSM guys here have old 14b turbos lying around cause they have upgraded. So I can get one cheap and then get it rebuilt. I am looking to put a turbo system together on a budget and I have good knowledge of how a turbo system works. I can make my own intercooler piping without a problem and the fuel systems are not that complicated to put together. I just dont want to buy a turbo kit and then not end up using many of the components. The hardest part, in my opinion, is the manifold and turbo and the downpipe. I know a shop that is close by that does mandrel bent downpipes. I have a friend who had a 3 inch downpipe made for his HRC system and another who had a 3 inch pipe made for his Drag turbo kit on a Prelude.

Again I want to put a basic kit together real cheap but not too cheap. How much are your manifolds and what kind of turbos fit on them? What are your manifolds made out of? How thick is the steel that is used? I am interested in buying one in the near future.

Thanks for the replies.

The manifolds are $250 for the basic one
extra are $25 for 1/8 NPT EGT sensor hole on runner 4
$25 for an external wastegate flange and you have to provide the flange for that

The manifold was design with some univerality in mind I could put a Garrett T3 or T4 flange or a mitsubishi 14B 16G flange

You can find pictures over here
http://www.picturetrail.com/gallery/view?username=frenchboost

The manifold flange is made of mild steel 5/8 thick (or 3/4 ? i don't have them with me they are at the shop) and are made on a CNC the pipping is imdustrial grade hi-pressure mild steel, the turbo flange are 1/2 thick mild steel
