.020 over results in the same displacement...I belive.

Howell Stroke = more displacement

I'm no expert here but it would increase your displacement a little. V8 guy's go out when they can't get the stroke any longer. It does increase the volume of the cylinder. That is unless the pistons are made to not increase it or something. Correct me if I'm wrong guy's.
