where are all of the sites for turbo kits and some good prices? i know hahn, star, and ner(i think). are there any others? which is best or is it just preference? any help would be appreciated, thanks.

The NER kits are new but i think were designed to be like a combo of the hahn and starkits. Its basically your preference and long term aspirations as to how much hp you wanna push.
