how did u guys cut the hole for a universal bov in the turbo to throtle body piping? it says to cut a 1.25 inch hole, but i obviously do not have a bit that size, nor would it fit any drills that i have. did u have the place where u had it welded do all the drilling and other work for u?

yea, my friend just had a bit that size and drilled it. lucky for me, he also has a welder, and welded the bov adapter on for me too emoji

Slowly drill with a metal hole saw bit in the middle of the piping.

Like he said, but the way I did it was, I stuck the pipe in a clamp and put it on a drill press. The hole saw did its job nicely. Then I welded it myself.

Hole saw is definitely the way to go. However, this thread is from '02, so I think its been handled. Let it die...
