Where should I be at? Right now it sits at -22, with the A/C on it sits at -20. I Think I still have a couple of vacume leaks, but I can't find them??? What do you suggest to find these leaks?

I see about 16.5-17 Hg's at around 850-900 rpms at idle. If you have a little lower idle speed, it will read lower vacum also..

Ok so I do have some leaks, or one major one, My idle is at 700-800....thanks guys....

If you had a vac leak then you would be LOWER than ours. I don't know what cause more vac though.

It doesn’t sound like you have a vacuum leak to me.
But if you think it is just get a can of either (Starting Fluid) and spray short burst around all of the vacuum lines, and intake with the engine idling. If there is a leak then your engine will rev slightly or insanely depending on the size of leak.

Do you not have it hooked up? If you were at 0 then I don't think the car would run :/

It's hooked up. My gauge always read "0" when i'm at idle. It doesn't go below that.
