Well for those of you that don't know I have been running Venom 550cc injectors for about a year now. It's getting to the point where I wanna dial in my setup and with the 550's there just to big. After going to the Dyno and making 340WHP with the 550's and the AFC was still -35% told me something. That something was that my injectors are to big. So I'm gonna try and keep the AFC settings around 0% or around there. So I have to go with some smaller injectors. (500's or so with a 1:1 or 1:2 fuel pressure regluator). My situation is who would want to buy these 550cc injectors?? Would anyone here be interested to MAX out there stock ECU handling and have room to make around 400-450WHP W/O an Accel DFI??? Well these are prolly the injectors to do it with. Anyone interested or know someone who is??

I would have perhaps taken them from you if I knew Greg. I just bought some 50lb.hr injectors that are sitting at home ready to go in with the E-Manage. Perhaps you should try an E-Manage as well?
Sell your S-AFC and use the money to buy an E-Manage. It will be able to sort out your idle without having to use low fuel pressure and can modify the fuel signal up to 150%. I of course have nothing solid to go by until we have mine in and know the real deal so maybe you should wait until Armond finds out what happens with mine and posts his thoughts.

Chris you have me very interested in the E-manage. What did you all order? I'm sure the main unit and what else? I see there's the Greddy PC cable,Clone PC cable, Injectors Harness, Ignition Harness, Pressure Sensor, Pressure Sensor Harness. I think I'm gonna keep the 550's and send my 500's back

The MSD will be used for spark ignition, but I will not be using the programmable part. Recall I have the BTM with the standard DIS-2. I will be removing the BTM and selling it.
I ordered every option to make it easy to figure out. Cost me a total of $600 for everything which is pretty good for a fully laptop programmable management system to handle both timing and fuel.

Matt, From what I understand yes it does control timing and the 550's
Chris, I'm going to retain my MSD ignition for now so what do you think the bare minimun things I need to order to make the Fuel control part of the system work? Of course the main unit, and what's the PC cable?? Just those 2 things to make the Fuel control system work and be programable on a laptop correct? I don't need the timing and extra injector control for now. What are your thoughts?

The E-Manage does control timing. I will not know how well it works until it is properly hooked up with our 420A ecu, but for other people I know using it the timing works well.
Greg, you will not need the timing harness, but you will need the additional injector harness to be able to access the extended maps and use the 3-bar pressure sensor.
Technically, it is possible to wire up your own harnesses and find your own map sensor, but I prefer using the stuff they sale as the quality is good and the additional cost is not that bad.
If you join the e-manage mailing list you can get a lot of info on it. Also check out the docs at http://mkiv.com/tmp/emanage/ as it provides a lot of info as well as being the best place to buy it from.
