from what I understand for stage 1 and 2, stock internals are ok, but a compression test is recommended to make sure you aren't going to be losing most of that boost. you'll probably want an A/F gauge and an EGT gauge to make sure you don't blow urself up, specially if it's a daily driver. and have lotse gas money, cuz 93 Octane costs an assload. damn I'm gonna miss my 89 when I get my turbo!

if you run across anything else, please PM me with it, cuz I'm setting myself up too, ordering today after work.

new engine, I think I'm just going to leave it stock now.

other than comp. check theres nothing really to do to the car first if it's in running order. You will do everything with what comes with the kit. You may want to have on hand: another car to drive to the store, exaust manifold gaskets, beer lots of beer, faith and a first aid kit, some vacume hose, money and beer did I mention beer?

Def do a comperession check, and if you have not done the 60k service yet, do that. New fuel filter, colder spark plugs, and oil change. A nice radiator flush might be good to if that hasn't been done in a while..
