Currently I have 440cc RC injectors.....I'm running 82psi of fuel pressure under 15psi of boost, my problem is that I'm still running lean.....my EGT hit's over 900 degree's at the end of Third gear...I have to let off....WTF???? I know Murix has 400cc injectors and runs 15psi of boost with around 70psi of fuel pressure.......he seems to be fine from what he said. Is it beacause my turbo is bigger than his? He has a 16G and I have the T3-T04E....I tried turning up the AFC settings too and that didn't do much......oh and does anyone know how much fuel pressure the (star) Walbro Fuel pump will take???? can I go higher on my fuel pressure or is that not safe????

Ya 'know, I finally had the opportunity to compare a T03/04E version to my S-16g. There's no doubt about it. The garrett is bigger. Not a lot bigger, especially on the exhaust side. On that side, they're almost the same size. However, on the turbine side, they're a good size apart. I would bet your turbo would require more fuel.
Unfortunately, how much more, I do not know. One other thing you should consider however. Chrs has the HRC inline. ever since I put mine in, it runs hella mega fuel. That thing is no lightweight, that's for sure. It may have made the big difference in this comparison with yours.

You said you are running 440's @ 82psi ?? WOW! check out this formula : 82/43.5 = 1.885 x 440 = 830cc According to this formula you are dumping way more fuel than you should be. The thing that Im wondering is if you are getting Black smoke out the exhaust under boost ?? that would definately indicate that you are running super rich.
If your mixture is too lean you engine may overheat or detonate. If your mixture is too rich, then carbon can build up, robbing power and causing detonation. Rich mixtures can also cause the oil on the cylinder walls to wash out leading to very rapid loss in power at sustained speeds and premature cylinder bore wear.
