I am going to move my egt gauge probe from the downpipe to the #4 runner. I have the pyrometer autometer $110 gauge. What connection should I get to screw it into the #4 runner? And where can I get it? And I just want to make sure that you can drill the exhaust manifold with it on the car.

yes, you can drill it with it on the car. Fine metal shavings aren't going to damage your turbine, and if you drill it with the engine running it'll blow out any shavings you make.
I beleive the fitting is 1/4" NPT
