hey i have seen that the SFMU does many things like static fuel pressure and, idle pressure , and pressure under boost can someone describe what the diff of all of these are. Also is there anythign else that the SFMU could do that i missed here.

the FMU is your fuel monitoring Unit.
it reads the boost pressure in your intake manifold and adjusts the fuel ammount and pressure.
to "tune" (only the SFMU not the FMU is tunable) you set the iddle pressure and then set the pressure to what it should be a full boost.
for this you will need a fuel pressure gauge.
