it's ALL on the website, read thru ALL of corbin's fuel pages and you'll learn a lot.

spare intake manifold
2nd fuel rail
2nd set of injectors
some sort of eic (which tunes the system)
a good 1:1 fpr
a egt gauge
digital o2 gauge
drill/tap/bung the manifold
slap everything on (more or less)

I think I even put a tuning section in there. I mention the use of a datalogger and EGT. Both are very necessary when tuning a completely new fuel system from scratch. I use the datalogger from: http://obd-2.com/#dat and an Autometer EGT and probe (5765&5244). The digi-numeric A/F is helpful for everyday reference. This fuel system takes alot of effort to implement, but I think its worth it.

yeh, i still have to do the work on the manifold (in the process of securing free labor rite now) and then get the 1:1, egt, and digi o2

CORBIN - thx for the eic group buy by the way, i got it in the mail the other day and the packaging wasn't the greatest, but the unit looks nice enough. can't wait to hook it up.

Corbin also has a 95. That datalogger will work with the 95's since we also have an obd2 plug.

Ditto--The datalogger I listed works fine on 1995 cars AT and MT.

Bryan...glad you got the EIC alright. Sounds like everything turned out OK. I know the vendor isn't great about adding packing materials to his shipping boxes. The units always seem to survive, so its cool. I'm going to add a couple details to the 8 injector page tonight. Just some notes about the RPM signal and initial settings.

Corbin has been so helpful with me on my own 8 injector setup.

AS some of you may know, I'm using 441cc injectors along with stock injectors. Hopefully, I'll have all of my tuning issues resolved and can report some good results. emoji

As soon as I get settled in my new job and apt, I hope to start going to some DSM events. I've always been too broke or too busy. I might make the open house at Howell Auto. I'm hoping to meet up with some NoVa members too, now that I'm in the area.

You've got the right price range.

I say that you'll get better fuel control and thus you can tune the fuel system to give nearly the right amount of fuel at every operating point. You will have fewer rich/lean spots than with the typical big inj and S-AFC combo. Not to mention no ignition timing problems from the S-AFC. The stock ECU gets all the right info from its stock sensors. The stock ECU will not rely on the EIC for any signals. I am very happy with my EIC setup and would recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to the S-AFC. In case anyone's curious, I don't get any kick-backs for pushing this EIC. I didn't get a penny for doing that group buy. And I won't be doing another...big PITA.

Damn dood... I figured that you at least got a little $ for doing all that work. I just want you to know that all of that work definately does not go unappreciated. I'm sure I speak for a whole lot of people when I say thanks for all of the valuable information on fuel systems and for hosting the EIC group buy. Yer one of the most valuable assets to the board.

Oh and by the way... I was wondering how much boost the map sensor in the EIC can read without going nuts. I really dont wanna learn the hard way hahaha.

Vendor says about 25 psi boost. By my calcs, 22 psi is about the max on the included sensor. It uses a standard Motorola MPX4250AP if I remember correctly. You could probably substitute a similar sensor with a higher range if needed. I know I'll never max this thing out. I'll probably quit in the teens somewhere. I'm dying to start my "rebuild fund".
