Ok guy's and gals....I am almost done with the T-25 Project. Looks like I will be mobile by tuesday afternoon (downpipe gets made then)...so here is what I have into this...

t-25
walbro 255lph hp
fuel pressure gauge
boost gauge
a/g gauge
cartech fpr (had this on for quite a while set at 45 static psi with NO problems)
custom manifold (thank you Alain)
oil lines (one is steel braided and the other, oil return line, is high temp stuff with out the steel braids)
2 90 degree radiator hoses
1 pipe 15 inches long (2 inch)
1G BOV
new exahust gasket
some brass oil fittings (for the back of the block, and the dump line)
Super AFC

I think that is most of it.....but I am sure that I am forgeting a few things. O for those of you who are wondering about the fuel cut defender...My car is a 95 pre OBD2.

O yea I put all new nuts and bolts where I took something off. Grade 14.5 SS emoji

No intercooler? T-25 is gated at like 9-11psi.

I would still recommend at least a 4.7 Zener diode put across the connector of the map sensor
I spent a part of the afternoon probing several wires and sensors on the ECU harness with a Scope for a big electronic project that we have for our cars and I saw some nasty electrical spikes that peaked above 5 Volts
Anyway a Zener is under $1 emoji

actualy the t25 is gated at 15 psi! I modded my wastegate arm to give me LESS boost. I will only push 5-6 psi through it. I did originally PAY FOR a starion front mount ic but got screwed by the guy! In fact if you want to spam him please feel free... his email addy is v8_this@hotmail.com his name is josh and you should never buy from him off DSM trader!
Well enough bitching.......I will be purchaseing a new IC within the next month our two, then I will put it up to like 8psi and hope I am happy with the power.

Alain ~ How do I put this diod on?

Did you put a bolt on it to have the wastegate partially open all the time ?

>Alain ~ How do I put this diod on?

You can put it right at the map sensor you have 3 wires
at the map sensor 1 is power in, one is ground and one is signal
out
The diode has a dark stripe on one end, that the cathode side, the other side doesn't, that's the anode side
the Anode is the negative and it is going to ground, the cathode is the positive and it is going on the signal OUT
you can put it right at the map sensor connector, if you bent the 2 leads of the diode you can squish it right into the connector with the 3 wires very tight
Just make sure you are not putting the cathode side on the power in wire
One last thing make sure that you buy a 1/2 Watt or 1 Watt unit

The Neon's and Subaru's guys doing turbo conversions of their cars only swear by the Zener trick

Yea Alain, I did leagethen the acurator arm! I cut it in half and bought a really long double sided nut (this thing is like 1 1/8 long) then threadded both sides of the acturator arm. Whallla you can now adust the boost level.

And yes the T25 came out of a stock GST. I really wish I would have gone with a 14B though. Alain's manifolds work PERFECT for a 14B, but I had to modify the one he made to make it work with the T25.

>which year does the t25 come out and which year does the 14b
>turbo come out and which has more horsepower?

89-94 manual DSM's came with a 14b and the autos came with a 13b. 95-99 Turbo models all come with a T-25.

The 14B can handle more than a T25 can but the T25 is nice since it is so small and it spools up so quickly.

you don't need a 13G because you have an auto tranny
and you don't need a t-25 either

it is more easy to fit a 14B than a t-25 and it is bigger too

thanks for the help but before I put it on, I going to do some studying because I have no idea about all the other stuff that needs to be put on like a fmc, turbo timer, turbo controller, fuel pump, fuel injectors, bov, and a intercooler I have no idea what all those things do for now i'm going to study about it and if I run about 5 psi what would I need to get and how much horsepower will I get and how much psi is stuff to run so that I won't forged my pistons? and will I be killing my gas with this stuff and is there anything that I could get so that I won't kill my gas?
