Brothers, i drive back home 40 miles a day, at around 3 oclock in the afternoon, and i live in north cali, and now, the weather is very very hot, like 100+ degrees, im a star stage 1, and everytime i throw on my air conditioner, my car feels hella slow and sluggish, sluggish meaning-slow acceleration, not smooth acceleration, and my car shakes just a tiny bit when the ac is on, although it feels great, its very very cold, but i mean is all this ish normal with the ac on? I went to a shop, and he said almost every car, when the ac is on, it puts a heavy load on it, so its normal to feel not as smooth, but brothers, just reply back, and give me ur opinions, most of the time you guys are right with the feedback.....and another thing

my vac at idle is normally 19/20 but when i have the a/c on it's more like 14/15...but yeah, it puts a heavy load on the engine, it's nornal.

An underdrive crank pulley will help out some... other than that, there's nothing you can do.
