My custom turbo is installed and running. My setup is similar to Corbin (4 extras injectors) but with a different injectors controller ( http://www.sdsefi.com/eic.html ). If I understand everything correcly, I need more flow (LPH)and not more pressure. I'm planning to install a stock Mustang GT (5.0) fuel pump. It is supposed to have 88 LPH and be good up to 350 Hp with 8 injectors at around 45 Psi. My turbo is a modified T3 (bigger compressor wheel), intercooler is a 1G modiffied to fit, down pipe is 3" ,stock cat and stock intermediate piping, Devil free flowing muffler. My 4 extras 19 LBS injectors are in series with the stock one and the stock fuel pressure regulator. I' m currently running 5 PSI with one eye on my EGT and A/F meter! I'm planning on 250 W Hp for now, is it Ok to use this pump?

You need to use a boost regulated fuel pressure riser. a 1:1 would work with that setup. If you aren't using one, you should be. You cannot rely on just fuel control to incease flow without an increase in pressure. raise the pressure under boost, flow more fuel.
That, and i'd recommend you ditch the stock pump in a hurry. Anything would be better.. but chances are you can get a Walbro 255LPH HP pump for close to what you'd pay for a new stock mustang pump.

If I understand this correcly, a 1:1 fuel pressure regulator add 1 Psi of fuel for every Psi of boost. So 5 Psi of boost = +5 Psi of fuel.
In most turbo kit, pressure is use (under boost) to put in more fuel wihtout any electronic help (computer or injectors).
I don't understand why I have to rise my fuel pressure if I'm alredy putting more fuel with my 4 auxiliary injectors

It gives you a wider range of operation: there is a very steep limit to how much you can control the pulsewidth of those injectors to deliver fuel for the increasing amount of air you are supplying without increasing the pressure that is supplying them. You can only open a hole so much for so long before it becomes inadaquate. Increased fuel pressures equate to increased fuel flow, period. That is the way fluid dynamics works.
Even stock turbo cars use a rise-rate regulator. So to aftermarket turbo kits that use additional injector controllers. There is no sense in reinventing the wheel - it works. If you're looking to make serious power in the future, that is the route you will need to go.

I think Dino was alluding to this, but I'm going to say it blatantly. The flow rate of an injector is dependent on the differential pressure across it. Not just the fuel pressure. So if you increase pressure on the ouput side (boost in the manifold), you MUST increase fuel pressure to match if you wish to have a contant amount of fuel available for the injector. So an 300 cc/min injector running at 0 psi manifold pressure and 50 psi fuel pressure can OUTFLOW the same injector at 10 psi manifold pressure and the same 50 psi fuel pressure. So if you want your fuel system to work to its fullest potential, add a 1:1 FPR.

Thanks Dino and Corbin with your help I know I'm gonna realy boost soon.
I have a bunch of photos of the extra injectors, custom fuel rail, p&p intake, custom turbo manifold, modified turbo, custom SS down pipe, modified 1G side mount intercooler and the custom SS intercooler piping. I hope to find a place to host them so that peoples that think that a custom turbo is easy to do, can see most of the parts they have to fabricate.
