i can't get the sending unit-> chassis fuel line appart... any suggestions, i have tried staring at really long, even got angry at it and looked away, still didnt come loose...
flare wrench, vise grips, rust buster, my wimpy arms, nothing has broken them free yet..

Is that really necessary or are you installing a walbro at the same time?
If so, take a look at this VFAQ. http://vfaq.com/mods/pump-WB-2GFWD.html Itdoes have some hints in getting that apart. Make sure you're turning the right part. That assembly can be expensive to buy if you break it.

jason, thanks for the link, but its the one under the car im having a problem with...i have booth pumps, and am about to give up at the moment and just install the intank untill i can get someone that can get the bottom fitting off, so i can install the inline pump as well...for the time being, im not planning on boosting, i just need to get on and off the trailer for the show this weekend thanks again
