Hey guys quick question: If there is a vaccum leak...... When you hook up a hand vaccum and the gauge creeps back to 0.... does this mean i have a leak?

Usually, if you are idling W\O AC, you'll generally get between 15-20 on vaccum. Anything lower, or should I say higher (Ex. 11-12 vac), then you have a leak somewhere. Oh yeah, 0 psi means atmoshperic pressure.
I get around 15-18 vac. on idle with no AC. It shoots to 11-12 'with' AC on.

I don't know where my head was last night, if you check for a vaccum leak with the car off with a hand pump you need a check valve installed that is what they are made for..... my bad.... well running my vac is at 16 to 17 psi.
