So I've been stressing over my car again for the past couple months wondering WTF is wrong with it. Two problems: 1) I floor the car in 3rd with the rpms at 3K..the A/F goes rich and the boost starts to pull..then I hit around 4-4.5k and my car begins to stutter and lose power and the A/F gauge swings to the red area. I creplace the plugs and find a kink in the fuel line (the line that's on the side of the Vortech FPR) I try to straighten it out as much as ppossible. Try it again and it does the same thing..help
2) My car doesn't have that low end punch anymore..It doesn't jolt like it used to. I stab the throttle and it just does not lunge forward. My 4dr integ is ALOT more fun to drive..winding up and down the engine. I'm beginning to lose faith in my car....I think the integ is winning me over and by the seat of the pants -I say is quicker.

What are you using as a map sensor voltage clamp? You MUST have one! Only on the 95's i believe you dont need one. The voltage clamp(FCD, vc1 or vc2) keeps the map sensor voltage output at 4.71 volts or close to that to keep the map sensor from freaking out when under boost. It just makes the ecu think that the car is at wot, since the map voltage increases as the amount of vacum goes closer to 0 psi. Once at 0 psi, the voltage clamp keeps the map voltgage at 4.71 volts or so, so the map voltage stays steady, and no fuel cut happens. I read a post not long ago where somone never had a voltage clamp of any kind and it worked for a long time, then it started to act up..lol it might have been yours, dont remember..

Well I'm using the VC1...it works fine I'm guessing cuz one time I disconnected the power wire and it would idle crazy and shut off. I'll hook up some wires up to it tommorrow...I've had folks use 3 check valves and worked fine..thanks everybody for the quick response
