I am prolly gonna order my NER stage 1 with s-trim turbo today. What other guages do I need to get with the turbo setup. Also should I get the SAFC now and what about a boost controller? Thanks in advance.

With a Stage 1, don't worry about a boost controller. As far as gauges go, I would go with A\F (Corbin or the one gadgetseller.com sells) and the all important EGT gauge with probe. You can get an EGT gauge at summitracing.com for around 100 bux, and get a probe from Westach for around 50-60 bucks. In my opinion, those are the important gauges to look out for now. You might wanna get an oil pressure gauge and fuel pressure gauge in the near future too, but for now, stick with the A\F and EGT.

I agree with Kris. Get the A/F gauge from Corbin, I have an autometer street series EGT got the gauge and probe for $100. Not sure how benifical an AFC would be with a stage 1, but if you're planning on upgrading soon, and you have the money might as well. If you go that route I don't think you'll need the A/F gauge, I think you can get the reading from the AFC. I would stay away from the boost controller, it could only get you in trouble.

For stage 1: boost, a/f, and egt should be good enough.

The reason I ask is because when I order this from shaun I also get 20% off of guages and stuff so I figured that while I can get this great deal which ones should I get. I also plan on upgrading to the stage 2 as well within a year too. So in that case what all the egt, a/f (would the autometer be ok?), and others?

In that case, I'd get oil pressure, fuel pressure, egt, and boost. I'd still get the a/f guage from Corbin (it's digital, gives you a more accurate reading). But like I said if you get the afc, you won't need an a/f guage. Maybe a turbo timer? With all those you'll be good.

Essential gauges to have: EGT/ Boost/ Air/Fuel.. Gauges that would be helpful to have: Fuel pressure and oil pressure. I think a fuel pressure gauge is rather important, as your fuel pressures gives you a good idea of any dangerous fuel conditions...which would also reflect on the EGT and A/F gauges...
