#24480, "Serious question about EGT's...."

Ok, here is the deal. I am in the process of tuning my car. I just got my 415cc injectors 2 weekends ago. So I am playing with the S-AFC to tune it. I am only adjusting the high throttle settings.

Ok, when I start from a stop the EGT's are pretty good. It starts to get a little high when I get to the top of 3rd, but it is about the time I am shifting anyways. When I go from a roll however, the EGT's would go above 1600 if I did not let off. I am wondering why it would react differently. I understand about the fuel curve being off and all, but it is still the same amount of fuel at the same RPM's right? I guess I am getting frustrated with tuning, I just want it done!!!! Any help would be great. Thanks doods.
