Brothers, its been getting hot lately up in north cali where i live....im star stage 1 non-intercooled..5 psi
When i take off in the morning, (7 oclock a.m.) my car runs smooth, the weather isnt hot at all, a little cool....everythings perfect, when i drive home from work, (2:30 p.m), its hot, and my car seems to run kinda rough, and sluggish, it loses its smoothness is what im trying to say..is this pretty much normal without an intercooler?
and when i take my car out at night, when it gets kinda chilly, my car runs smooth as a cadillac...
So im thinking this roughness and slugishness is only the weather right?

Dude, I'm right there with you. I have a HRC Stage 1, and FL heat is hot as hell. My idle gets fairly rough around noon-afternoon where it gets really hot. I can barely boost pass 3 psi if it is hot outside. At night though, the car runs a little smooth and I can boost at 5 almost 6 psi. It's hard to believe, how colder weather can have such an adverse effect on the way your engine behaves.

No kidding, my car runs freaking awesome at night. You can definately tell the difference. Get an intercooler especially since you live in nice climates (ohio sucks)
