#24281, "suggestions for custom IC piping...."

Ok i have a 1g sidmount IC, and i need some info on what i should do to hook this thing up. HRC wants like 200 bucks for their piping, but i'm still going to have to modify that for the IC to hook up. What other options are out there, as far as what material of piping, ect..Should i try a custom welding shop to make me some pipe, or will that be more expensive that way than going with the Hahn piping?? I was told i can use exaust piping, but i cant find anyone around here that does mandrel bends...So what do you guys think i shoud do??? I have heard that JC whitney sells all kinds of piping, how about that? TIA

If I could do it over again I would get the HRC piping.

go to ebay and start typing in a bunch of random shit. like turbo pipe, turbo tube, turbo hose, turbo piping, intercooler piping, intercooler....you get tha point emoji i always see stuff there. i would also appreciate any more suggestions people can give, because i am building a custom kit right now too. and im going to go check out jcwhitney right now. but now that you got me thinkin...i have this great place here in the bay area that did my exhaust work. mandrel bent 2.5 all the way back from the cat to my weapon-r whatever its called muffler. (well not exactly from the cat because there is a sensor right after the cat so we did it right after the sensor). they did the work right in front of me, complete job in a matter of like 15 minutes. and they let me get under the car with them and everything to help decide how we wanted the muffler angled and all that good stuff. it was so awsome. and 140 for the whole job HAHA. so i think ill have them do my piping but i have one question for everyone now...if i wanted to have them do all my turbo intercooler piping, how am i supposed to go about getting measurments. i cant drive my car there with the turbo manifold and turbo and all that stuff on there with no piping and its abouut 45 minutes away, so thats one expensive tow. can anyone give me some advnce with havein a shop do this work for me? thanks,
paul.
