I've read somewhere in the past threads that the optimal size for your application is 2.25 in. They say 2.5 is overkill unless your are pushing mad amounts of boost. Oh yeah, as far as the silicon connectors, check Ebay. Just type in 'intercooler' under the search and you'll get some results.

You can buy hose by the inch or foot from Road Race.

go to pick n pull and look at all the turbo cars IE audis, volvos, supras, 300ZXs, and Saabs. They all go some goofy kinda piping sometimes nice piping and silicone couplers up the ass. good way to get cheap shit emoji I recommend 2 inch. I'm not running 2.5" all the way and my BOV stutters now. What size did you have em modify the intercooler with? Mine was 2.5 also I think 2.25 on the intercooler is good enough.

Order all 2 inch piping and use your original intake Stage 1 piping from the throttle body.

I used two long U bends and one long J bend total. You will need a bit more if you do not have the original piping on the starion. I suggest 3 J bends and 3 U bends if you are ordering. Get a stick of 2 inch radiator hose (2 feet)from an autoparts store along with a group of decent hose clamps.

Engine enamel paint works well(dries fast)for painting the piping when you get everything cut and fitted.
