I need to know how to get the timing to TDC. What tools I will need on so on. I already have the coil, valve cover and exhaust manifold off. I need to know if I even need to put the timing to TDC when I take the head off to do the valve springs.

To get the engine to TDC just put a socket on the crank pulley bolt (19 MM, I think) and rotate the crank until the arrow on the crank sprocket and block line up.
