if i replase the pistons and rods how mutch stronger will my car be .what psi will i beable to run safely i have a stage 2 star kit. my car has 50,000 miles on it and its a 5speed?what do you think is it worth doing.or should i just sae up for a full rebuild?

well that pretty much is a full rebuild... your engine doesn't have that many miles on it. Do a compression check on it first to see if it's worn out. if your doing this just to get power I guess it's ok if your willing to spend that money. You should be able to run oh 8-12 maybe if you upgrade your fuel system.
