We don't have emissions testing where I live either (I am in belmont county). I would just make sure your EGR valve and all that stuff is still on there and working and also make sure your cat is on there. That's all I really know of. Well, goodluck, justin

I'm in Columbus, Ohio (Franklin County), and we don't have emissions yet. But to pass emissions, make sure the cat-converter is installed, and in good operation. Also, the breather filter hose is supposed to be routed back into the intake pipe. If you have to, just drill a little nipple fitting in the intake pipe; you could always plug it up after the test. Also, there's a can of additive at local parts store that "guarantees" you'll pass emissions--I can't confirm this though.
Another trick is to register you car and address in a county that doesn't have e-testing (a friend or relative's address).
