#4 runner on the manifold. Its the farthest one on the driver side.

From what I understand it is as close to the #4 cylinder as possible. That is the hottest one. I put mine more toward the 3rd. But if I could do it over again I would put it on the flat part right in front of the 4th cylinder. The fourth is the one farthest to the right if you are standing in front of your car looking at the engine. emoji

yeah, that is the wd-40 that I used to lube the tap when I installed my egt probe. I thought it looked cool. }>

Hey guys, ive got a question about EGT probe placement. Ive got a clamp Type probe (Westach) and i cant really see how i would attach it to the Star manifold. I want to move it from the downpipe for a more accurate reading.

Hey Alex, just buy the Team Rip probe and I'll tap it for you since I already have the drill bit and tap from mine.
