I'm having trouble connecting the aux pump to the stock fuel line. The reason being the flare nut you're suppose to slide back will only slide about 1/4" to 1/2", which is not enough room for the hose to have a secure connection. I went to pep boys to get an adapter to screw onto the flare nut, but I can't seem to get the right size. Does anybody have any idea what size it is? Also would it be advisable to just cut the end of the fuel line so I could slide the nut completely off?

aight here we go. TRY THE BEST YOU CAN TO SLIDE THE FLARE NUT BACK. If you cant slide it back at all...you cut the line...SARAID THE END OF THE LINE...scratch the end of the line real good with something. You may need to buy a T since the hose may be larger than the line so it can go over the nipple...but if you do cut it put around 3 clamps on it. Hope you like and PS Make sure you ground your fuel pump real good cause i didnt have mine on for like a week..lol U WILL KNOW WHEN ITS ON IT SOUNDS LIKE banshee.
